We have financing options for every project. Choose from our Solar and Energy Loan Fund (SELF) for Roofs, or Florida's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. Neither of these loan programs uses a strict minimum credit score as the only approval requirement. Instead, they consider factors such as income and ability to repay. Applicants can check eligibility through a soft credit pull, allowing them to apply without impacting their credit score.
Solar Energy Loan Fund (SELF)

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)
PACE financing covers 100% of project costs, adding repayment to your property tax bill. With no minimum credit score required.
Benefits
No Upfront Costs: Full financing with first payment due several months after install.
Convenient Repayment: Payments added to property tax bills, due once a year.
No Minimum Credit Score: Credit score is not a determining factor for loan approval. Making it a last option for those needing it.
No Impact to Credit: Loan does not report to credit bureaus as a debt.
No Personal Loan: Loans are to the property not the person, does not show as debt on personal credit
Considerations
Property Lien: Creates a lien on your property until paid off.
Availability: Not available in all areas, municipalities must opt-in individually.
